A provider was looking for a solution to send digital or physical vouchers to their customers immediately after booking. Previously, these vouchers had to be created manually and sent either by email or by post, which made the process both time-consuming and prone to errors.
The provider wanted a solution that automated both dispatch and voucher logic, so that the entire process would be more efficient and scalable in the future.
The Solution: A Tailored Shopify App for Digital and Physical Gift Cards
We developed an app that automated the entire voucher issuance process. After a purchase, customers can now choose between two shipping methods:
digital via email or physical mail.
Depending on the customer's choice, a voucher is generated in a different layout. The app ensures that the voucher is either sent digitally immediately or prepared for postal delivery.
The Result: Scalable Coupon Logic and Increased Customer Satisfaction
The introduction of the voucher app brought significant benefits for the provider:
